depending on the length of your hair. thick headbands can look less nice, becuase they hide hair a lot. with short hair i like thin ribbon headands

I think both look cute! Mine is short (about chin-length) and I wear both. The thickest I'll go is about 2 1/2 inches wide, though. Mine is really thick, too.

Definately where thick head bands. When you where thin ones, it doesn't bring out the bone structure of your face. With a thick head band that has a bright vibrant color, your cheek bones look higher and with an awesome color, it will bring highlights out of your hair.
