I went grey early so I started coloring it. It use to shiney and soft and now it dull, brittle and course.. I have long hair and i really do not want to cut it. Plus the fact that when i wash it or condition it, it falls out. I also wear it up in ponytails or head bands.. In the summer it under a helmet due to riding motorcyles.. Help!!!!

First, you have to give your hair a break, so no more coloring for at least 6 weeks. Then, get yourself a hair mask or hair repair cream, you can find them at any drugstore or at Target even. Use a leave-in conditioner and if you must wear a ponytail or headband, make sure it is loose and use ouchless brand ties. They are very gentle on the hair. In the future, make sure you only color your hair every 6 weeks, no more. And, it is best to go to a professional. The products they use are very different from what you get at the drugstore.

If your hair is falling out you need to start cutting it because if it stays damaged the longer it grows, the worse its going to look. You don't have to chop it all off, start by trimming the ends once a month until you get to the healthy hair. Since you don't want to cut it at all AND U NEED TO CUT IT, do it in stages. There is a such thing as a conditioning hair color I use-to-use Henna (thats the short name you may know it because people use it to create temporary tatoos). Aphogee is also a good product line. If you are going to a hair salon ask them about it or others, if you were going to a hair salon when your hair started breaking SWITCH!!

its easy all you do is SHAVE your head bold then wear a wig everyone is doing it duh mre the wing is rainbow guys dig it)
