This is tough because I only know a few words of the first stanza. It has to be from 1991-1992 and it's from some hair band. Not sure of lines 1,2 %26amp; 4, pretty close on line 3 though.

This part is kinda mellow, but right after it the power chords kick in and it starts rocking. I don't think it's one of the top bands, but it's one of the second or third tier bands. 10 points and a huge thanks to the first correct.
