and so when i tell my hair stylist how i want it,i don't know how to explain it.so is there a name or a way i should tell her how i want it?

No, there's no name, it's pretty much a haircut that looks like she did it at home. Sweetie, don't copy Hayley Williams, her look is so popular now...it's not even unique.

I'm kind of getting sick of people saying they dont know how to explain to there hair dresser of what they want in this picture (which they show us, but somehow can't figure out they shoudl just show it to the hairdresser!) just print it out and bring it too them!

well the bangs are side swept

the hair is long

there is a brown highlight on the inside, as from what I can see.

but I would say bring in a full color picture to your stylist and let her/him take a wack at it
