My hair is about as long as where my bra straps conect. I have it layerd to my chin. Maybe a little longer. I have side swepts bands. I want to get it cut I have a lot of split ends. I dont like my hair short. I dont know what to do help!

Well, don't go above the shoulders, I made that mistake on Friday. More layers could be all you need. If you get 1 inch trims every 8 weeks, you'll get rid of your split ends. Try using Pantene shampoo and conditioner. It helped me. Your hair sounds like it's already great so don't change it too much. You could also add framing around your face...it will look really good with side bangs.
