hers isn't even a headband it looks like she just tied a drawstring around her head. look at the bottom of it.

but you can probably find them at any beauty supply store that has other hair bands and head bands. i'm pretty sure that's where i've seen them.

"ghetto" people use them too, but in a different way.

Try to get the no slip kind if you are going to wear it that way.

But a cheap alternative is to take a ribbon, cut it a tie it, and then put it on that way.

Why would you want one? Yuck. I agree with the other post it looks like strong rope. Like the kind used as a drawstring in a sweater.
